Copyright and Publishing Rights
Authors retain the copyright to their published work.
Upon acceptance of an article, authors grant Publication System a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, index, archive, preserve, and permanently make the article available online as its original publisher.
Because this license is non-exclusive, authors remain free to share, deposit, distribute, and reuse their work in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license. Article Processing Charges and Financial Support

Where an APC applies, payment is requested only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance, and an author’s ability or inability to pay has no influence on peer review, editorial assessment, or the final publication decision.
Publication System does not charge readers for access to published articles.
Digital Preservation and Long-Term Access
Publication System is committed to preserving published scholarly content and maintaining the integrity of the academic record.
maintains digital backup and preservation arrangements to support the long-term accessibility of published articles. The preservation service or repository used by each journal will be identified on the relevant journal website.
Article metadata and full-text files are retained in formats suitable for long-term preservation. Where supported by the designated preservation service, archived copies will remain accessible even if a journal or the publisher ceases publication.
Policy Transparency
This policy applies to all journals published by Publication System. Journal-level policies, author agreements, copyright statements, and published article licenses must remain consistent with this policy.
Any future changes to the Open Access Policy will be clearly dated and published on the website. Changes affecting copyright or licensing will apply prospectively and will not alter the license under which previously published articles were made available.
